Overview
I'm a PhD student at the Camborne School of Mines with supervision from Dr Laura Newsome and Prof. Karen Hudson-Edwards. My research looks into the potential role of microorganisms in lithium mining, the overall biogeochemistry of lithium and the environmental impacts of lithium mining.
I'm part of the GeoNetZero CDT programme which focuses on the use of geosciences to aid in goals of a net zero carbon economy and the improvement and research into renewable energy sources and usage.
