Event Booking Information
- Bookings for autumn term 2024 and spring term 2025 events are open.
- Teaching is expected to be delivered in person but some may be online. If you would like to discuss potentially delivering activity on one of our sites, please get in touch with the team via employer-events@exeter.ac.uk. Please bear in mind that all physical bookings require robust risk assessments and protocols to be followed in order for them to go ahead.
- We do not run any events during:
- the first or last week of the autumn term;
- the first three weeks or the last week of the spring term
- Extremely limited bookings are made in the summer term due to exams. No events take place during the final two weeks of term due to our Grand Challenges programme.
Term dates for the 2024-25 academic year
- Welcome Week: 16-20 September 2024 (no careers events delivered this week)
- Autumn Term: Monday 23 September - Friday 13 December 2024
- Spring Term: Monday 6 January - Friday 28 March 2025
- Summer Term: Monday 28 April - Friday 13 June 2025
*No teaching on Bank Holidays

Examination dates for the 2024-25 academic year
Examinations typically take place in early January and throughout the month of May. Confirmed examination dates will be posted once finalised, which is expected to be in late November.

Note: The term dates given above are for standard University terms: however, for some programmes, e.g. Medicine, study abroad/exchange programme and online programmes, the dates of required attendance may vary. There may also be different requirements between undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses.
