Established at the University of Exeter in October 2023, CPUDS is an integral part of Policy@Exeter, the University’s internal think tank connecting our world class researchers with policymakers on a local, national and international level. 

CPUDS promotes intelligent, informed public debate about pressing issues of national and international defence and security.
