Event details

Come and meet our new Chancellor, Lord Myners of Truro, who will be joined by three University of Exeter academics, each offering their views on Cornwall’s future from their different perspectives.

Hear from Dr Alison Curnow, Senior Lecturer at the University of Exeter Medical School; Professor Juliet Osborne, Chair in Applied Ecology; and Dr Jamie Shutler, Senior Lecturer in Ocean Science, as they consider the importance of Cornwall’s growing knowledge-based economy, and its impact on the people who live here.

You’ll also be able to ask questions to all speakers, via a panel session hosted by Professor Dave Hosken, Dean of Strategic Development for the Cornwall Campuses.
