Guided tour of the Jubilee Water Walk

A free guided tour of the wonderful water features on the Streatham Campus

Take some time out to explore the wonderful water features on Campus and the biodiversity along the way. This free walk will be led by the University's Sustainability Manager. All are welcome - booking essential.

Developed to celebrate the University of Exeter’s Diamond Jubilee, the Jubilee Water Walk takes in the wonderful water features, both natural and man-made, on the Streatham Campus.

On this free guided walk, led by the University’s Sustainability Manager, enjoy the diverse flora and fauna which flourish along the route and find out how some of the water features have been restored in order to encourage biodiversity.

Please note that the majority of this walk is accessible by electric wheelchair. For the few parts that are less accessible, short diversions will be advised by the tour leader.

 

Whilst you are on campus take the opportunity to visit the exhibition in the Forum, The Observatory: perspectives on landscape, society and spirit, featuring artworks from artists across the South West, who have created art inspired by the University's key research themes.

 

During the exhibition, there are a range of other associated free bookable activities on campus for you to enjoy:

  • Saturday 17 June, 11 - 4pm -  free family fun day, Think..Art offering a variety of free fun artistic activities linked to the University's research themes.
