Painting my Parish: Gorran
This event provides a guided and supported space for members of the community to discuss how they feel about their community, the things that are important to them, and their hopes and fears for the future. The artwork that they produce will not only be a means of holding these discussions, but it will also provide a visual record of the conversations held, for other community members to reflect on. The artist and I also hope that we can use the artwork from this event as part of our University of Exeter Environment and Sustainability Institute Creative Exchange exhibition in summer 2020.
