Cass offers gentle yoga and meditation sessions to get you feeling more centred, calm and in control of your life. With more than 20 years experience practicing, studying and guiding students to a more balanced and flexible way of being you are in good hands on a journey from the head to the heart and beyond! 

Classes are 45 minutes on the Microsoft Teams platform. Please email Cass to book your space and for payment options.


If you have any concerns, would like more details or are new to the practice of yoga you are welcome to book a 15 minute introductory phone or video call. Email Cass with your preferred time, day and mobile number and she will book you in.


For university staff and PGRs donations from £5 per class are welcomed. The usual price is £8 per session or pay in advance and commit to a whole month's worth of yoga (that's up to a max of 8 classes) for just £38, a saving of £26 per month.

Fees should please be paid to the class instructor directly.
