Airport Collection Service

England is currently operating 'red, amber and green list' rules for international travel. You must follow certain rules depending on where you have been in the 10 days before you arrive in the UK.

For further details, and to assess which actions you will need to take when travelling to the UK, please see our Covid-19 travel pages.

Update 28/Jul/2021:

Passengers arriving from amber countries who are fully vaccinated in the EU with vaccines authorised by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or in the USA with vaccines authorised by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or in the Swiss vaccination programme, will be able to travel to England without having to quarantine or take a day 8 test on arrival. Read more here.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the University.  To aid in your travel to the UK, we run our Airport Collection Service from London Heathrow to your campus. Details of the services and how to book are found below.

If our scheduled coaches do not meet your arrival time you will find information on how to travel to campus from Heathrow on our planning your travel to University web page.

Which coach should I book?

  • Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will not hold a reserve list. If we receive cancellations, those places will be made available on the online store again.
  • Please ensure that you are booking onto the correct coach service for your circumstances as we cannot accept mixed self-isolating (SI) and non isolating (NI) passengers on coaches.
  • 26 August is exclusively for students required to self isolate (SI) on arrival.
  • 11 September has some coaches for non isolating students (NI) and one for self isolating students (SI).

  • If you book onto a non isolating (NI) coach we may require you to provide proof of your covid-19 status.
