Once you’re at University, Residential Services staff will communicate with you via email. They will send information about accommodation services to your university email address from ‘@exeter.ac.uk’ addresses. Please check your account regularly throughout your tenancy.
If you’ve had a parcel delivered to your Residence Reception, you will receive an email to your University account from 'Send Suite Tracking' to notify you when your parcel is ready to collect.
