Module description
This module provides an overview of the current creative industries sector and looks at the diverse roles that the performer might play in the business. You will gain a greater understanding of the place of the performer in collaborative creative teams drawing on examples from the current screen industries. With additional industry workshops and visits from industry specialists, you will experiment with different modes of work with audition, voice-over, mo-cap, virtual production etc. In small groups, acting as supportive enablers to others, each member of your team will develop a series of experiments and demonstrations, developed into a portfolio showreel.
