Module description

In this module, you will examine the French law of contract, from the pre-contractual negotiations to the extinction of the effects of the contract and the remedies in case of non-performance. The emphasis is on the analysis of the main concepts, principles and rules in the context of real-life situations and in the light of French historical, social and philosophical evolutions. The size of the group is conducive to interactive learning activities which build on the experience of the French law methods gained throughout the first and second years, thus completing your preparation for your fourth year in Rennes.

Module aims - intentions of the module
