Stage 2
If you wish to pursue the Health Research pathway, you are required to take 45 credits of compulsory modules, including the 15 credit CSC2007 Introduction to Health Research module, plus CSC2017 Ethical Issues in Health Research module. Further credits should be selected from the optional modules listed below, and those developed and advertised annually on the Medical Sciences web pages, to a total of 120 credits

Stage 3
If you wish to continue on the Health Research pathway, you are required to complete 120 credits at Stage 3, made up of 30 credits of compulsory modules, 45 credits of either CSC3028 or CSC3029 and at least 15 credits from the pathway-specific modules CSC3008 (Clinical Trials), CSC3018 (Health Economics), CSC3024 (Health Technology Assessment) and NEU3003 (Psychology Applied to Health).. A further 30 credits may be chosen from the optional modules in Table 3 below, and those developed and advertised annually on the Medical Sciences web pages. Enrolment on optional modules will be conditional on your having completed any required prerequisite modules at Stages One and Two.
