Campus tours are designed to act as an introduction to the campuses and show you the main buildings. For all of our campuses we offer both guided campus tours and self-guided walking tour leaflets that allow you to tour the campus independently. Guided tours are usually conducted by current students.
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please book your place early to avoid disappointment.
Campus tours at our Exeter campuses
Campus tours take place at both the Streatham and St Luke’s campuses. If you are interested in studying Exercise and Sport Sciences, please arrange a tour of the St Luke’s Campus. If you are interested in Human Biosciences, Medical Sciences or Sport Science and Psychology you may wish choose to tour both campuses as these programmes are taught across both campuses. If you’ve already applied to Exeter and you are offered a place, you’ll be invited to an Offer-Holder Visit Day during the spring term.
Tours of the Streatham Campus take place on weekdays during term-time. A limited number of tours will be available outside of term-time, except during the Christmas and Easter holidays. The tours generally include a visit to the Library, the Sports Park, Student Services Centre and the Students’ Guild.

Sometimes it is possible to arrange meetings with undergraduate and postgraduate academic staff either before or after your campus tour, subject to their availability. If you would like to do this once you have completed your campus tour booking form then please contact us via our online form, with your request.
There are a number of very good hotels and B&Bs in the Falmouth and Penryn area. Details of accommodation near the Penryn Campus and places to eat can be downloaded from our website. In addition you can find information about local accommodation at VisitCornwall.
Students from Overseas
As an international student we understand that it can be difficult to coordinate a visit from your country to coincide with one of our Open Days, Visit Days or Campus Tours, therefore we will always endeavour to organise a tour of the campus outside of our usual opportunities to visit. Please contact us directly and let us know the best day and time for you to visit.
