Walk for Wellbeing is an opportunity to walk the beautiful grounds of Streatham Campus, and to connect with others and nature in whichever way you choose. Participants are welcome to talk, or to simply appreciate the beauty of the space in silence.
This is a gentle walk so only a basic level of fitness is required.
The walk will be followed by tea and coffee in the Neil Cross Room on Level 1 of the Forum Library, for those able to stay.
