There’s never been a more important time to understand our changing planet. Studying Earth Sciences you’ll consider the critical global issues and challenges of our times, which are already affecting people and environments around the world.

We offer a wide range of modules with flexibility to study what interests you, with field courses an integral part of your degree, positioned at the very heart of our teaching. Your degree will provide you with the ideal mix of skills and experience for employment in a broad range of graduate-level roles.

I love how much enthusiasm the academics all have for their subjects, whether that be climate change or the history of the planet, they engage you throughout. The lectures are always so interesting and interactive, and make you want to go and find out more about what the academics are so passionate about.

The modules on our course are really varied, which helps you to start deciding exactly where you want to take your degree from the start.

The smaller class and campus size also allow for a more intimate and supported experience, creating a very pleasant working environment where you never feel overwhelmed.
