Contact the Accommodation Office Team
If you would like to meet with a member of the Accommodation Office to discuss your accommodation or have any queries, then you can pop along to one of our drop-in sessions in the Forum. Visit the SID desk and ask to speak with accommodation. We are available Monday to Friday at the following times:
- Freshers' Week and first week of term - 9:30am - 4:30pm
- Term one - 10:00am - 4:00pm
- Term two - 11:00am - 3:00pm
- Term three - 11:00am - 1:00pm

If you are a registered student or applicant please quote your University of Exeter student number (ID number). This number is nine digits long and starts with a five or six.
We can also be contacted between 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday via our Accommodation Facebook page.

Each residence has a nominated residence management team, for contact details please visit our Receptions page.
Pastoral care and welfare
Students can speak to the Residence Life Team, who live in University accommodation.
We hope you will be happy with the service you receive from our staff. But if you wish to make a complaint you should begin by contacting the Residence Manager through the relevant reception.
