We really want to be as accessible as possible to all our residents, so there are a number of ways you can contact us:


If you are a Current Student then please log an enquiry through SIDOnline or via the web or app version of iExeter. If you need support in doing this then please call the SID team who are able to log an enquiry on your behalf. Please refer to details on the SID webpage about their current turnaround times. If your enquiry is urgent or time-sensitive or you need additional assistance you can call the SID team:

Due to social distancing please try to use the above options first, however you are still able to enquire in person via the Student Services Centre in the Forum on Streatham Campus between 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Saturday.

Virtual appointment sessions - Term time only

If you would like to meet with a member of the Accommodation Office to discuss your accommodation or have any queries, then we can arrange to contact you by Zoom or telephone.

We are available Monday to Friday during term time at the following times:

Term one - 10:00am - 3:00pm
Term two - 11:00am - 3:00pm
Term three  - 11:00am - 1:00pm

To request an appointment please:

  • Log in to SID Online with your IT username and password via the web or app version of iExeter.
  • Go to 'Ask a Question' and then 'Log an enquiry'.
  • Under category, pick 'Accommodation Appointment Request'. You should see a form to complete with a series of drop-down menus.
  • After clicking "Log an enquiry" from these pages you should see a form to complete with a series of drop-down menus.
  • Complete and submit the enquiry.

We will then advise you of the confirmed appointment time.

Reporting repairs or maintenance

Each residence has a nominated residence management team, for contact details please visit our Receptions page.

Pastoral care and welfare

Students can speak to the Residence Life Team, who live in University accommodation.

Complaints procedure

We hope you will be happy with the service you receive from our staff. However, if you wish to make a complaint you should begin by contacting the Residence Manager through the relevant reception.
